Rains moved in on Friday forcing the night’s events to take place on Saturday. Heavy rains made the pits and parking areas a muddy mess. Events were to take place early Saturday morning, but with all the mud on the ground it would be close to 2pm before cars would be unloaded and movement would start to take place. Cars would finally take to the track around 6:00, with qualifying starting about 7.

As 95 Late Models checked into the 26th Annual North/South 100, Jeremy grabbed fast time. The cars would qualify in groups. Jeremy would be the fastest of some “heavy hitters”, such as Bloomquist, Hartman, Birkhofer and Francis, just to name a few. Terry would qualify in the top 5.

On Friday night, Terry and Jeremy headed to the Midway Speedway for the 2nd Annual Larry Phillips Birthday Bash. The night opened with the heat races, where McCormick would take heat race # 1 over Jeremy, Wallace, and Terry.

Terry and Jeremy took in a pair of MLRA events at Grain Valley Speedway and Lucas Oil Speedway. On Friday, Anderson would take home the win with Terry in 2nd place ahead of Bodenhamer, Woodworth, and Jeremy rounding out the top five.

On Friday, Terry and Jeremy headed to McCool Junction, NE for the double header MLRA features. The first night's events would see Terry pick up his heat race win. Eric Turner, who was piloting the Denny Woodworth back- up machine, was a heat race winner along with Anderson and Dickes.
