(March
30, 2025) The 'King of America XIV' took center stage
from March 27-29, as a trio of USMTS shows were held at the
state-of-the-art Lucas Oil Speedway in Wheatland, Missouri.
In Thursday's opener, which carried a $3,000 paycheck, Terry
Phillips won his heat race in preliminary action and was later
paid for a strong runner-up performance behind Cade Dillard
following thirty green flag circuits. On Friday night with
a $5,000 top prize up for grabs, Terry finished sixth in his
heat race, fourth in his B-Main, and thirty-first in the 40-lapper.
TP then started Saturday's 60-lap 'King of America
XIV' headliner from the fifth position. At the conclusion
of the $20,000 to win extravaganza, the Springfield, Missouri
star found himself tenth in the final rundown. Terry now finds
himself sixth in the latest version of the USMTS point standings
exiting Wheatland. Full results from the KOA weekend can be

                  TEXAS SPRING NATIONALS
                    CUT SHORT BY RAIN...
                     (March
9, 2025) Terry Phillips Racing (TPR) made the trip
to Rocket Raceway Park in Petty, Texas on Friday night, March
7 for the start of the 'USMTS Texas Spring Nationals' weekend.
Terry Phillips advanced to fifth in his heat race before earning
another fifth place effort in his B-Main. During the course
of the 40-lap main event, which shelled out a $5,000 payday,
Terry was able to survive the caution-plagued affair and picked
up twelve positions to salvage a ninth place performance despite
suffering heavy damage along the way. Unfortunately, Saturday's
$5,000 to win USMTS program was won by Mother Nature, as inclement
weather swept through the area. Full results from the 'USMTS
